I've been to many different Starbucks locations, but this was my first time at this particular one. When I walked in, there were 2 workers. One was taking orders while one was talking next to her. I was the only one in line and nobody came to take my order for about 5 minutes. Finally, one of the workers came and took my order. Stopped by today and ordered a Venti sized Very Beri & coissant . I received my croissant quickly but then my drink order was forgotten. Barrista apologized and gifted me with a gift card good for my next Drink! I think that was good customer handling. Admitted the mistake and rectified!

used to really enjoy coming to this Starbucks location. There were friendly, attentive, unique people and they all seemed like they cared. I generally order ahead and because I know this place can get really swamped, I give extra time from when the orders say they will be ready. Example: it says your order will be ready in 9 to 12 minutes, ill show up in 20.The past 3 times I've ordered ahead, its like my order disappeared.
