Walked in to get a Coffee but the guy at the counter said they give coffee only if we play slots.I don't understand why anyone cannot just have coffee without playing there.

I’m giving this 1 a zero if possible Wednesday I took my elderly mom to have fun and my mothers license is expired and we understand the policy and respect that.What I didn’t appreciate is the associates tone she was very disrespectful to my mom and raises her voice at my mom Who is 70 by the way.She completely humiliated my mom .She needs training on how to treat customers.We came in on Tuesday 3/3/2021 .I hope the management knows what’s happening when they are not there .I truly hope this associate gets training on customer service

I came here during open hours in the door was locked. A lady answered the door and said what do you want? Pretty rude way to greet customers.

Would give lower review if I could. Walked in for a coffee and was told to leave because I had a vertical (valid and not expired) state issue driver's license. Guy behind the counter first asked me why it was vertical, I explained, and then this moron says "you can't be in here. it's our policy not to serve vertical licenses."I'm 23.

Stella's is not a restaurant; it's an itsy bitsy casino that has 6 multi-game slot machines. You can order a few food items, coffee, beer, and wine. I had a grilled cheese sandwich and unlimited soda pop. The attendant was outstanding. He signed me up for the rewards club and cooked my sandwich.

I stated we would wait, he raised his voice and told us we had to leave. Will definitely never step back into one of these stores or any of their sister stores. Business owners need to do background checks on their employees and train them better.

On 3/11/18, I received a cashout voucher with winnings from one of Stella's machines at St. James Crossing which cannot be redeemed. I have been back three times and have been told each time that I have to wait for a technician to obtain my cash. I have waited, but the tech never show up. JT and Myra both said that they cannot give a refund. The redemption machine worked for other vouchers from other patrons, but my machine was issuing defective vouchers. I am very frustrated with this situation and Myra was very rude to me. I just want my meager refund and will not be returning to Stella's Place in Westmont.
