I had gotten biscuits and gravy here recently and they were inedible for me. There was little gravy and what gravy they did have on them was separated with grease and not very good. Additionally, the biscuits were incredibly dry. I was pretty upset but I didn’t want to complain because i support small businesses. After that some of my family got their breakfast a couple more times and I picked off their food. I did enjoy the salmon sandwich they got so I wanted to give this place another try. I ordered some “chad cakes” and these are how they arrived. I understand things happen I don’t expect perfection. However, i am absolutely floored that these were served to a customer and charged for. i would not even serve these in my own kitchen for free. They are very thin, again super greasy, and BURNT to a crisp!!!! And as much as i support small companies, the lack of visual awareness is really stunning. If people are paying for your food, there has to be some kind of quality control. the owner (i presume) did offer to make some new ones so i am waiting on those. i do want to note that there was also not an apology given on the phone about these either and given how burnt they really are, that again is pretty stunning. i really believe if you are passionate enough to open a place that serves food and take peoples money for it, there needs to be some kind of standard for yourself and what you serve people. this was not it. i am out of chances for this place which is disappointing because i would much rather spend money here than a large chain.UPDATE: pic 3 is the remake. not as burnt but still burnt thin and greasy. to the owner, you have a hot griddle and the issue is your batter. you need a new recipe for that as pancakes should be thick and fluffy. not thin and greasy. they are burning due to whatever recipe you are using. do better when charging people. also, loading these ones up with powdered sugar to hide they are still burnt was a nice touch.

My husband was a little skeptical when he found there was only one printed menu in the whole place, as he doesn't use QR codes. But, wow, we're glad we stayed - both the owners and the food were wonderful. Generous portions, very tasty. I had the Carnie Toss, a weekends-only specialty - really good! All the breakfast sandwiches looked great. We were sorry to be too late to try the cinnamon rolls. Look forward to returning.

The lemon poppy seed salad is my favorite part of my week. Great to grab on the lunch hour and it’s a filling meal due to all of the protein with the nuts and cheese. I also tried the veggie sofrito chili. Though I’ve come here weekly for years, I didn’t realize how much vegetarian options there are including jackfruit sandwich. Also, you may regret regarding this but their baked goods are PHENOMENAL. Staff always seem happy together and are friendly to customers. This is a must try. Breakfast sausage sandwich with bacon tomato jam is a wow moment. Cinnamon buns are special, burgers are very good. I just cut into their apple pie available now through the holidays. Amazing. The staff is great. Support your local businesses. This is a true gem.

We are regulars since moving to willowbrook! Everything on the menu is tasty, the owners and crew are awesome, and I love the nostalgia and coziness on the inside. They have something for everyone - even for my more picky family members. I highly recommend trying (and do to everyone who asks for a good spot to eat in the area).

All around my favorite spot for a great meal. The burger is fantastic, it is big enough to fill you up but good enough to leave you wanting another.. The breakfast sandwiches are perfect to pick up and take to work too. The desert really lives up to the sweet in Sweet and Savory! Addictive to say the least. 10/10

I passed by this place numerous times and thought it was a bakery, but was pleasantly surprised that they serve lunch. My husband and I split a diner burger and a pulled pork sandwich. They were both so good! Exceptionally good! I am looking forward to return to try other items as the pictures posted look so appetizing!
