Uncle Bub’s was such a fantastic caterer for our wedding. They helped with setting up all linens, centerpieces, chargers, menus, signs, and any and all decor we needed for the event. They got there right on time, knew exactly what they needed to do and were just so helpful throughout the whole event. They were cleaned up on time and made sure everyone was served and taken care of the whole time. Absolutely no complaints from any of our guests and only great compliments on both the food and service.Not only was their day of service fantastic, but the planning process with them was very smooth. Easy to contact, flexible with tastings and conversations on weekends when we had more availability. It never felt stressful or overwhelming and any questions they were able to address and ease our minds throughout the whole planning process.Please consider them for any events as they were a joy to work with across the board!

Best BBQ I have had. The brisket sandwich was very tasty and delicious. The sauce that was on the sandwich was not overwhelming but just the right amount. The meat was so tender and full of flavor. It melts in your mouth!!!! Come here for your BBQ needs!!!!!
I don't go there often, now I remember why!! I ordered the brisket each time. It was hard, dry and too thickly cut. It was definitely siitting around a Long time. Dry and coarse. Awful. I liked the coleslaw.but Mac and cheese was awful. Starchy sticky, generic.. I will remind myself ever to go there again,,!!!!. Yuk The bark was charcoal hard.

Sunday, i treated my family for dinner after morning worship. I loved the location and western atmosphere. In reference to service, I placed my order, and a server brought me the food. I purchased a combo, which included 3 tiny baby back rib bones, <barely any meat>, the bones were about 2 inches long. I have never seen baby back ribs, so babyish, if that's a word ? I will check the Webster Dictionary later. I received a tiny portion of rib tips and fatty brisket. I was disappointed ? The kids ate off of the children's menu. My bill came to $118, and I could've chosen Famous Dave's BBQ Restaurant at a more reasonable price and much better food.

Ordered food to go.Brisket and Full slab ribs was too dry.When I called they forgot some sides to put in bag she said they forgot to put it in .And then she asked me what was inside.When I answered she don't even apology and just asked if I need something else.If you order to go check all items, if its too much in bag take your time and empty all to see.Looks like it was my problem.Well everyone has to learn lesson.I will stick with Mission BBQ, always nice people and if they make mistake they will apology and give you extra meat.
