Nice bar. We walked in at 9:30 for a drink. They close at 10. We ordered a salad to share, and it was delicious. The staff was very nice even though we came in so late. I'll be back.

If you are looking for a venue to host a baby shower, or private event look no further. Zazzo’s in Westmont has the perfect sized party room. The food is outstanding and pricing is very reasonable. Ask for Brittany! She has helped assist us on 2 private parties now, and from the very beginning has been wonderful to work with. She is personable, professional, and extremely helpful. My family and I absolutely love Zazzo’s! Whether you cater, host a party at their location, or dine in- you’ll be very happy.

Called to place an order, the young girl on the phone answers phone very rudely and keeps laughing . I keep trying to make my order she is not paying attention at all and keeps asking me to repeat it to her as she is obviously not listening & talking with someone else there , after the 4th time of doing this I decide to just not order anymore this is not the first time this has happened and its after she finds out who is ordering after I give the name and address and number , when I asked whats funny she says nothing Im reading the screen ... Hmmmm leads me to wonder what are they doing to the food and what is going on here ...seems very immature to say the least ! I order from here frequently a few times a week and spend over $30 each time or more , but I think I am just going to start going elsewhere as the service has changed over the last year , missing items , sending wrong food , overcharging , and now this . Its a shame because this place used to be great but with what I assume is teenage children answering phones and taking orders its gone downhill tremendously ! I will just go to a place down the street better service and food is cheaper and better quality not to mention not having to deal with this everytime I call to order ! sorry but you lost yourself a customer who has been ordering last 6 yrs from here I will be sure to tell everyone I know to stay clear of this place now !

The food was good, but the service was awful. I had to ask three times for my salad AFTER my dinner was delivered. My fellow diners pizza was dropped as stated by the server, but he couldn't get the toppings right when explaining which pizza was dropped until my friend told him which pizza they ordered which leads me to believe he just didn't put the order in in the first place. Almost everything had to be asked for twice. We had to wait twice as long for a pizza.
