Very disappointed with my first, and last visit to Arrowhead. From our arrival to the course being that my group I went with are all of diverse races, with myself being Hispanic were met with stares and looks from other players on this course, as well as attitude from the employee who checked us into our tee time for our entire group (6) not being there even though we had booked back to back tee times and still within the time of our first slot. Throughout the entire course the rangers were confronting us many times to pick up the pace and making it known that people were complaining about having to wait for our group (even though we had two slots). We couldn’t even finish our game because during the 9th hole again the staff came over and kept nagging us about finishing up to stop waiting for the group in front of us to get out of the fairway and even went as far as to say “why bother even shooting your last hole we’ve been monitoring you guys and don’t think you’ll even make it that far”. Is it not golf etiquette to let the people in front of you finish up their hole so they can enjoy the course? All we tried to do is grow the game of golf and learn and play but it seems that establishments like Arrowhead do not care and look down upon people who are not similar to them. Being young and of different race should not warrant being harassed and embarrassed by their staff. Spoke to upper management and all he had to offer for not even being able to finish the course was a chuckle and an “ I guess I could offer you guys a drink” thanks but no thanks, will never come back again to this course

First time ever at this place golfing. Went in a diverse group and was hounded by the staff non stop the entire time for “not keeping the pace up” by the grounds keeper when we were going the same speed as everybody else if not quicker. The grounds crew at the 9th and final hole told us to not even bother shooting the last hole because “we’re not gonna hit it that far anyway” and told us to just pack up our stuff and go home. After being told to skip the 9th hole THAT WE PAID FOR we went inside and talked to management by the name of Bruce and told him straight up were were being harassed for having done color in our group and Bruce direct words were “That might’ve been the case 20 years ago here but not now a days” If your not white don’t go here. Sorry management that should be fired

My group and I faced constant harassment by the ranger as we were the only group of color playing on the course, he was watching us the entire time and by the time we reached the 9th hole our group was told to pick up our group was told to shoot as their was another group ahead of us in the fairway because we did not belong. Afterwards we spoke with the owner bruce and he tried shrugging jt off saying that arrowhead has (in his own words) not been a racist for the past 20 years. 20 years ago was 2004. This is not acceptable and I do not recommend any people of color ever bring business to this course ever again. The constant harassment we faced while trying to play is unacceptable and we will be seeking legal action moving forward.

We had our daughter's bridal shower here, and I can't say enough good things about Olivia and her team. Olivia listened, really listened, to my vision for the shower and made sure the day went just like we had hoped. It was perfect! We were in the Clocktower Room which felt so comfortable and inviting. It was beautiful overlooking the golf course, and we loved having the little balcony to hang out in too. The food was delicious and several people commented on how good everything was. The servers were so attentive and helpful throughout the entire time. The whole day couldn't have gone any better and it's absolutely due to the Arrowheard staff. Everyone was so wonderful to work with. Thank you again for everything you all did to make our day so special!!

Just came from dueling pianos. Wonderful evening. Food wedge salad and then beef wellington with potatoes and vegetables. Dessert was delicious cheesecake for our table. Pop included and drinks were either 8 or 10 for premium drinks. All staff great. Food is always superb. If you want something special this is the place
