I'm am giving this 5 stars because as far as gas station pizza goes it's the best out there! Hands down.

Your Casey’s reward app is useless. Can’t ever sign in, and pizza and energy drinks ain’t on my list of rewards.

I paid for gas ⛽️ at this gas station. The pump did not give me the full gas I paid for. The girl in the store Joanne moved me to another pump. I paid another $40. I was told when I paid for the gas a second time the money would get refunded back to my car. However, I called spoke to the store manager Renee. I had a couple of questions regarding my refund she was immediately defensive. Didn't want to look into. Didn't apologize for the inconvenience. I would've been okay with that if I got an apology. No one wants to spend money twice if they don't have to. I hate to be rude but don't yell at a customer, get defensive, not my problem. But I will never use this gas station again. All around poor customer service from the cashier to the store manager. A simple apology for people inconvenience and money can go a long way. Even if you can't help. Don't yell at me and say I can't help you.

First and only time coming here. Won't be coming back. Half the soda flavors were marked out of order. The ones that weren't marked were still out of order. You are not able to order food here. The employee working that counter will clean and stock their station, but will not acknowledge the customer waiting to order, not to mention there was no food ready anyway. The employee that rang me up for my seltzer water that was supposed to be soda couldn't even be bothered to say more than my total and "have a nice day". Glad I didn't buy anything other than the soda. Corporate needs to re-evaluate this store.

usually great selection of tea, fantastic pizza for the price, but rushed over from the gym to get there before they closed at 11 and found the doors locked at 10:47

Best thin crust deluxe pizza I've ever tasted by a gas station! Papa Johns watch your pizza, because there's a new competitor in town!

This place is a disaster. Go in at noon... no pizza, this happens consistently. Buy a car wash... car wash is closed. By far the worst Casey's in America.2nd star is solely because Casey's is generally a top notch gas station. Not this place though.

Needed a car wash badly. When I go to an automatic car wash, I usually buy two. I go through once on the cheapest wash, to knock off most of whatever has accumulated. Then I go through on the top-wash to get everything clean and shining. But I was in a hurry and needed half a tank of gas. So, I filled up, to get the small discount on the wash, and bought the $15 top of the line wash. I guess I can excuse that it did not remove all the spots (bugs?) on the front bumper, grill, and hood, but the back of the car (a hatchback) was not washed at all. In fact, it looked hideously dirty because of the contrast between what was cleaned and the jagged edge of the dirt outline, where the cleaning stopped. I went down the street to the Shell station, bought the basic $7 wash, after which it looked great!

No pizza in the warmer. The fountain machine always has a bunch of out of orders. For a prime spot, this location sucks :/

This place was great when it was Bucky’s. I figured the switch to Casey’s was just a name change. I couldn’t be more wrong. Equipment is constantly broken down, especially the car wash. Despite the car was being broken regularly, they still advertise it all throughout the store and prompt you if you want a car wash when you fill up. It’s not until you get to the car wash that you see signs it’s broken and to go inside for refunds. Hey, that’s fine, machinery needs maintenance, I’ll just get a refund like the sign says and move on with my day. Nope, the cashier informs you she can’t give you a refund, and it’s the customer’s fault that they keep breaking the car wash. Rather than just refunding my $10, she told me I need to come back when the manager is in because she doesn’t want me abusing the system and getting 10 cents off gas (a total of 80 cents in my case). She also wouldn’t tell me when the manager will be in and that I just had to be lucky and come in when he does.Overall just a really poor experience. There are several Casey’s in the area, and I will never again step foot in one. All because they wouldn’t refund a car wash for me, despite it being nonfunctional.

I feel like these photos sum up my experience with this store. The machines are never working and no one seems to care.

Going with Lamar and his assessment. Been in retail for 33 years and honestly, I've never seen a decline in a business like I've witnessed here. I HAVE stopped going there as most of the morning and lunch crowd has. It took a couple months to teach the community that they absolutely lack any consistant cleanling routine. About half of the equipment is empty or broken, but why even touch a drink from a fountain or otherwise when it's this unkept, non-stocked... its obviously a broken store.33 years of management will give me a conclusion of.. this is from top-down. They aren't treating the employees right and in turn they don't care. And it shows. It shows in the store itself and the unhappy mood and atmosphere. This is how you run a business that comes with basic expectations, into the ground. Fast. The amount of turnover says it all. People don't quit a company.. they quit on people. And it's an opinion and a guess but comes with STRONG experience. This is all from the top down.

I just want to be able to order pizza online again. When I call to order no answer. You guys have good pizza, and I want to buy it, but it shouldn’t be difficult to do so.
