Went in for a quick dinner around 6PM on Sunday, April 7th. Never been to this location and definitely will be the last. Started off horrible, waited almost 10 minutes for a server to come by, had to go find a server to ask where ours was. Ordered the 3 for me, the Coke tasted off like diet. Waitress said they've had complaints all day. My fiancee's baked potato soup was warm, mine was hot looked microwaved not how it usually looks. Mozzarella appetizers were completely cold in the middle. We didn't even stay for the rest of the meal as we knew it just was going to be a disaster. The only decent person at the location was the hostess, our waitress seemed super clueless. Ended up going to the Naperville location where everything was WAY better!

Had an extremely upsetting visit here today. The managing partner Mike Burns is extremely rude, disrespectful, and not dedicated to serving guests. When speaking with Mike Burns about a concern instead of providing a positive experience Mike threw my personal belongings down and walked off to the back without finishing our conversation in the middle of me speaking to him. He did not extend an apology nor finish our conversation which is extremely rude. I am a paying customer just like everyone else. When asking for the corporate number Mike Burns then stated “I don’t feel comfortable serving you,” then walked away again without hearing my concerns. To be belittled and disrespected by the managing partner is bewildering and I am wondering if there is any ethics training going on at all. I love Chili’s but unfortunately will never return to this location again and will be telling others not to come here if they are people of color. You will not be treated with the same respect the other customers received. Hopefully in the future they will do better.

Food was brought to us cold. I ordered a side of asparagus and it looked like they took it out of the package and brought it to me. This happened twice. It was in Wheaton,IL. Waiter was good except for him running his hands through his hair every few minutes and handling food...yuck! I am very disappointed and won't be going back.

2nd time coming to this chilis and had a bad experience our server served out food in to go cups and containers on top of the Fact how we kept getting reminded about what time they where going to close. Had questions about the food he mentioned he never eats it and then into our meal I ask for a couple of requests for our food and it felt like from there our entire experience became a problem to the point where he just felt like he wanted us out.

Placed and online order for delivery. Our place is literally 5 minutes away from the store and the food arrived very cold and not eatable. We emailed customer service but got no response.
I hadn’t been to a Chili’s in over 10 years and wasn’t missing anything. I remember their chicken fajitas being pretty good, but was sadly mistaken. Great service, but not worth the money. I won’t be going back.
