This location is notorious for skimping on their portions, so to combat that I chose to pay extra for double the protein and also get extra rice. When I picked up my order there was only a cup of ingredients in the bowl, you could see the entire edge of the bowl. Customer service was a waste of time as instead of refunding me after supplying them photo evidence they gave me a BOGO reward

Their garlic steak bowls are really good. Picked them up on my way home after running some errands. I like how you can get the bowl exactly how you like it.Dietary restrictions: I'm gluten free

the wheaton location has a high rate of getting mobile orders wrong. The staff do not take the time to ensure proper order fulfillment. Check your order before driving off to enjoy your dinner or else you will get home, find they got it completely wrong and then you have to drive back and look and feel like a jerk to get what you paid for. Now that a dinner cost $20 bucks, expectations are higher. This store location needs to re-evaluate their process. Or disable the mobile order process of its too challenging for the staff.
