Honestly I wouldn’t have rated it so low if my order was correct it’s not difficult you are making coffee. I worked for dunkin for 3 and a half years and this is by far the worst one I’ve been too. First off the employees barely speak English( not a bad thing) but you are in customer service it’s a must. Second like my order is not difficult it’s an XL coffee 7 cream and 7 sugars. Why when leaving the drive thru does my cup say “ 4 sugars and 5 creams” like huh?!...read full review
I mostly avoid this location, which is sad because it’s on my way to most everything. It always takes forever, the employees usually seem miserable lately, they mess my order up half the time, and today they are closed with some snarky sign about “no one wants to show up.” Meanwhile, the Dunkin down the road is open and completely staffed. Maybe something to think about as a location-specific issue?

Not your average Dunkin. Coffee and donuts are same as any other location. They DO have sour cream donuts and THEY ARE FANTASTIC.The staff keeps me coming back and I often go out of the way to come to this location. Efficiency and friendliness are plentiful here.
