Even though we were picky about where we wanted to sit, the host treated us patiently and with kindness. Thank you for that. Our waitress was charming and couldn’t do enough to please us. Having enjoyed Chicago deep dish for about 30 years, I can write that this rendition was one of the very best. I appreciated that the ingredients were minced finely and the crust was pastry-like. Just perfect.
Ordered a deep dish with crumble Italian sausage and it was delicious! The crust was the perfect amount of crunchy and very slightly chewy. Normally I don't really like pizza crust but this was an exception! It took a while to get but that's what's expected for a deep dish, but while we were waiting, our server was very hospitable.
