It's been over an hour and I still haven't received my sandwich. I called 40 mins into my wait and was told it was out for delivery as the driver was delievering 6 other subs. 20 mins later and it's still not here.Update-it's been another 20 and it's still not here. I called the store and they told me "call back after 2pm for a refund." When I explained I would not be doing that, they put me on hold and never returned. I called again and they hung up on me. I called back and they never answered. I'm filing a despute with my bank since they want to try and steal my money by refusing to refund me for a sandwhich they claim is out for delivery for over an hour. For reference, I ordered at 1109am, I'm typing this update at 1240pmDO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I went through the drive thru tonight and had a very poor experience. I asked for red wine vinegar for my son’s sandwich and was given Italian dressing. I told the young man with long hair that I wanted the red wine vinegar and he told me that is all they had. I pointed to the numerous gallon jugs of red wine vinegar and said I would like the red wine vinegar. He again told me the Italian dressing was the only option. I ordered the beach club and there was barely any guacamole and no bacon at all. I asked for it plain and it had mayonnaise, lettuce and tomato. Service was also very slow and we waited almost 10 minutes for 2 sandwiches.

One star for food is because I never got to eat it. This location is too busy for their own good. "Freaky fast" sub too 18 minutes to get. Made me late for my appointment, so I never tasted it. Employees must have been overwhelmed as they were very curt with customers wondering where their sandwiches were.Jimmy makes great sandwiches, I would just recommend a site without a drive-thru. I can get a pizza made in 20 minutes, shouldn't take 18 for a sandwich. EVER.

It's been almost 3 weeks since I placed my order received incorrect food that I also was unable to eat. I attempted to phone the location but was met with rudeness and even though I was told the manager would return my call I never received one. I also put in a complaint through the corporate office and even after multiple messages have still not heard back. I have frequented this location many times but I will not return back to this location or any Jimmy John's locations. There's way too many sandwich shops that actually want customers and that will take care of their issues.

Greatest customer service ever, very fast deliveries. The workers are very efficient on giving you your order as fast and as fresh as possible. I order lettuce on my sandwich and they always put the perfect amount on it. Love going here.

An absolute dumpster of a Jimmy John's location! Beware - don't order for delivery if you want your food delivered quickly. Always takes an hour to get a sandwich and when you call the store to inquire they make pure excuses without taking any responsibility for pitiful service. Get better - do better. You are a joke.

Everytime I pre order online for pick up, the order is screwed up. But when I go in and order the outcome is always better.Also rarely see an adult manager at this locationJust young teen aged employees.
Horrible delivery service. Don't deliver and leave the food on a table. You are supposed to hand it over to the person that ordered it. Called the store, only for them to talk over me and give me multiple excuses. Ordered at lunch time for it to be delivered an hour and a half later......and I work down the street. Meat tastes off and was extremely warm. Someone can get very sick from this! What happened to having your food safety certificate and why is it NOT being used???? Do your job or don't do it at all. I want my money back.

Been coming to this location since their opening. I always order the same thing, #9 with no onion, tomato, or mayo. Quality has been going downhill as of late. Today when I got back after ordering through the drive through, I notified my sandwich was missing more than I requested. No lettuce and no oil on it. So I get to sit here and eat a very dry sandwich.
