My go-to sushi place!!! Reasonable prices, friendly staff and delicious food. Love JJ's Bistro!

My wife got some takeout from JJ Bistro and it taste and smells bad, as if it is few days old & gone bad. I'll rather drive little further to downtown Wheaton or to Army Trail Rd for our usual Thai food.

Got there today, June 22, 2022, to find a sign they have had to close for family reasons. Sad. Was looking forward to tasting their food.

Tried different maki rolls and ramen here, they were all delicious! The lunch special for maki rolls were good value. I would definitely dine here again, was surprised to see it so quiet on a Sunday afternoon. Very friendly and helpful staff too.

We are sushi fanatics! This is beyond the best place around Winfield.

Lousy atmosphere and lousy service.

Delicious food, fantastic service! A great way to celebrate my daughters 13th birthday!

Takeout took over an hour for one entree and a soda. I could sit down at a restaurant, order an app, order an entree, eat the entree, get dessert, and leave in the time it takes them to make food

I love this place!! Sushi rolls are great. I've had the holy basil dish and the pad thai both super yummy!!

I got the shrimp tempura udon, through grubhub, and it was bad. For some reason it tasted like I was eating soap. There's little to no garnish, the broth has no taste and isn't complimentary to the shrimp tempura. I remade the broth over the stove and added Hondashi, fish flakes, an egg, and green onion. Looking at the dish, it doesn't seem like they care.

Excellent sushi (Angel Wings, Gary roll, Boston and Alaska) and I was so surprised to receive a free order of Spring rolls. Thank you!

Our go to takeout Sushi place. High quality fish, great tasting rolls, good variety and it won't break your wallet.

We ordered 12 rolls, Pad Thai and some appetizers. Prices are higher compared to other, local sushi houses: at least $2.00 per roll. But, the food is certainly no better and the customer service here is wanting. My order wasn't ready until at least 30 minutes after the restaurant's established pick- up time. No apologies. I was told they were busy. In the 30 minutes I was in the parking lot, only two people arrived to pick- up an order. My order was also incomplete. The food itself was un-remarkable. The sauce on the Pad Thai was good, but the noodles were mushy and the tofu bland. House salad was mostly a pile of spiralized carrots--with precious little lettuce, tomato, or cucumbers-- though the ginger dressing was good. The Crispy Pad Thai Rolls may have been the highlight of the night. There are better sushi houses nearby, with better food, better prices, and better customer service.
