During the morning I went inside to order on the computer screen. Sat down and waited for 20 minutes. I got up and asked a lady to the front about when my order is ready. She just said "I didn't order you." A couple of minutes later I got my food but the way she responded was rude. I was like "man, what a d*ck. Next time have better employees can be engaged to customers and help their problems.

I literally had 4 items in my order and they gave it to someone else. Then they re made it and it was wrong. They brought it back and it was still missing an item. How hard is your job and you want more than $15 an hour? Don't come to this McDonald's.

It's a McDonald's so you get what you pay for, if the staff gets it right which is rare. Rudest staff in a McDonald's. Apparently they can only talk when taking an order. Anything else, they just look at you, if you can get someone's attention at all. Thank you is not in their vocabulary. Have a good day is not either.I must admit it was cleaner than it usually is. The drink counter wasn't as messy and the tables were clean. Usually the guy who does the cleanup is standing by the garbage cans doing absolutely nothing.Again, like I said, you get what you pay for.

Takes forever to get your order and last Two times I've gone home with incorrect order. Make sure you check before you drive away. Food is always cold never fresh.

I hate to give such few stars, but I'm hoping this review can bring attention to the fact that this location is extremely understaffed. More than once, I have used the app to order, and staffing gave me issues.I ordered to pick up in lobby yesterday and parked to go inside, but the door was locked. It is frustrating that the app will let you order without knowing about its restaurant. I had to circle back around and get in the long drive-through line. At the window the pick up at counter code doesn't work, so there was more frustration when I had to explain more than once that the doors were locked so my order was probably sitting on the front counter.About a month ago, I ordered on the app for pickup on the drive-through, and the entire restaurant was closed. It was in the morning on Friday near my work so I had to wait until Monday. They honored my order without static. I did take screenshots, though.

Drive thru order, the outside was clean, and the menu and intercom were working nicely. The money taker was nice and the food was good.

This has got to be the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. Multiple times now I've gotten cold fries, wrong orders, and just bad service.I had a 50 dollar order recently and my dude gave me no napkins. How is that even possible? It's fast food 101 bud.I got a fish filet once that had Mayo and no cheese on it. Saddest sandwich experience in my life lol. The ambiance here is staff that don't really seem to care as much and are nonchalant about everything. Think McDonalds, but it's run by the people who go in the play place.

Sadly this is the nearest McDonald’s to my house, this place is an absolute train wreck every day. Food is so below McDonald’s standard, maybe the worst McDonald’s in the country and I’ve tried countless! I’m done with them, I’ll drive further - this place will GET YOU SICK!

Yesterday I made an order online, I waited about 20 minutes where the app told me, I went to ask at the window and they did not cancel my order, because according to what they only had drinks ...terrible

This McDonald’s is unfortunately the closest one to my house. They frequently take 20+ minutes to get food out to you if you do a curbside order. They frequently get orders wrong or forget items (even if you only order 2 or 3 items).Last week, I checked into curbside on the app and clicked “I’m here”. I was charged for my food. 15 minutes passed and no one came by. I decided to try and call but no one answered. Went to the drive thru and even though the store was technically open, the drive thru was blocked off by cones. I saw people trying to enter the store, but the front door was locked. There was no way to cancel my order, and they do not answer their phone. It rings a few times and hangs up.The email customer service response said I left my order unattended and that is why I was charged. How long was I expected to wait for my food?

Drive up is horrible an they don't care. Not friendly .It's all a big laugh to them on night shift. I rather drive out of my way to the location in Glen Ellyn then to deal with those Clowns .Make sure they know there products, because a asked and they said we don't make it when it clearly stated on the drive up.
