Came here to pick up food on this hot day (6.3.21) and saw the kindest act by one of the employees( didn't catch her name, tall, skinny, dark haired young lady ). A landscaper was hard at work right outside the restaurant and she called him in and offered to buy him lunch. The hard working man ordered a chicken Veracruz salad and seemed to be excited. She didn't see me watching this whole act and it was very heart warming knowing there is good people spreading kind gestures. The company is lucky to have her!!!

I had such a great experience at this noodles. They were able to accommodate a big same day order for our animal hospital. We are super thankful for the amount of attention that was put into our order. Everything was great and fresh and ready to go at the time they said. Shannon was an amazing help making sure we had everything we needed for our lunch. Shannon went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and happy with our lunch. Thank you so much Shannon and the noodles team from us and all the furry friends. We all appreciate your hard work so much!

As I sit here almost an hour after I ordered, my order status is still In Progress. It's supposed to change status after it's been placed in the pick up area. By the time I got suspicious that the status was incorrect, the noodles had gone gummy. I ordered the Pesto cavatappi and got two mushroom slices in the whole dish. I also ordered a small Thai chicken soup and it is TINY. This has to be about 6 oz. For $5. Of course the app doesnt tell you how many ounces it is because no one would order it if they knew how small it was. This place is not what it was. Boring menu options and expensive for the portion sizes.

Please understand this is a cheap noodles and pasta restaurant. So, you will get what you paid for. The flavor is not there. The sauce portion is very minimum. I couldn't barely taste it. I basically ate meat and bland pasta for lunch. My experience for the food is disappointing.

I spent over $40 dollars for the family meal, the Asian pack, and what I received was definitely not worth the money. All the noodles I received were ridiculously overcooked and mushy. The Japanese pan fried noodles were cold and tasted like nothing but dirty carrots. The Korean spicy beef noodles were drowning in the sauce, which was bland and very greasy. The pad tai was flavorless and the egg was also overcooked and rubbery. I honestly do not recommend this restaurant spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
