I am never ever one to leave reviews or complain about the food industry. I have worked in the food industry for years and understand how stressful it can be but this must be said. My husband, one year old, and I came to this location yesterday and I ordered the mac and cheese for my son and I to split. When it came it was completely cold so I asked the woman that was working if there was any way they could heat it up (I wasn’t going to ask for a new one) and she proceeded to ask us if she could feel it and I swear to God put her finger right in the center of the bowl. I honestly was in shock and my husband then said “Well now we can’t eat that” and she said they would make a new one which didnt have to happen if she didnt put her hands in my food?? I was honestly flabbergasted. She brought out a new one only a minute later and I honestly did not trust that they didn’t just heat it up and give us the same one with more cheese on top as it was still not warm enough to melt the cheese. I was really shocked!!

Waited for over 45 minutes on Thursday night , very slow the guy ended up giving 2 rice cookie but really NC used to be a good store before on the other side but since they moved to new location , services are very slow , yes I understand there is labor

Omg George is unbelievably warm and helpful and went above and beyond on my visit to redeem my birthday, treat! I will definitely be going back. He is the perfect example of someone who really listens to customers and helps them with any issues. They come across and goes above and beyond to make them feel warm and special in his restaurant. In fact, I would go further to say he needs to be CEO of a restaurant one day! People like him are rare, and need to be appreciated, and mentioned more often. Thank you so much Jorge for making my birthday weekend special with the simple touches you you made in my visit to Noodles & Co today

I went in today around 6-7 pm when I got there the staff who saw us by the register stayed to talk amongst themselves for 5 minutes before coming to us. Once they came to us we told the girl we had come for a pick-up order. She made the order and we left. But when we got home we realized that she only gave us half of our order!

Orders are ALWAYS WRONG. They don’t include extra portions of meat and extra vegetables that you pay extra money for. Such bad quality.
Orders are consistently wrong (dressings not included with salads, customizations not honored). Serving sizes are super inconsistent even within a single order (ordered two identical salads, one is full, one is about half full). Random bits of pasta thrown on top of salad which calls into question how the food is being handled. Not good overall.

A total dump. Not nearly as homey since they moved locations. Came in for an early dinner around 5:30 on a Wednesday, had 4 people working yet nobody can sweep the floors or clean tables? The 100 flavor coke machine was nasty too. Could not wait to get out of there.
