The smoothies here are great, per each Tropical Smoothie, but the customer service has a lot of room for improvement. Seems to be run by teenagers who are unwilling to acknowledge your presence until they are finished with their conversation or argument. Probably worth driving a little while longer to a location that is inviting and doesn’t make you feel like an inconvenience for stopping in.

Extremely terrible experience. The customer service is terrible. The person making the food has long hair, the hair is not put up and out of the way. Gloves weren’t being used. Extremely slow service. Never coming here again. Terrible.

Smoothies with real fruit! So lovely. The wraps and salads with the kale apple slaw are the best for lunch or a light dinner. I didn't know their food was so good. Give it a shot! The app makes it super easy to order ahead and your meal is ready the moment you walk in. Thanks to the awesome crew!

My wife and I treated ourselves to a special treat of smoothies from Tropical Smoothie Cafe.Both of our smoothies were disgusting and undrinkable. It tasted like rotten fruit was used, mixed with old dish rags.Contacted the location and was offered two free replacement smoothies, but would not give us a refund. This was a special treat for us, and we will not be returning.

Would never come here again. Customer service was horrible, don't bother ordering through the app to save time. Our food was cold and one smoothie was melted while another just went unmade until I asked about where my order was, well after the pickup time. One worker just hung out at the end of the counter while the other three were working overtime to fill orders. The one hanging out and talking to his friends, rolling eyes, being overall rude the entire time. Will willingly drive out of my way to another location to avoid this one at all costs.
