the manager at this BK knows nothing about customer service. I had ordered for the t-mobile tuesday and when i was ordering through the app it did not ask me to choose between a whopper or impossible whopper, i was never prompted to, and when i got to the store i noticed it was a regular whopper so i asked if they could do an impossible instead explaining i never was prompted to choose in the app , and the MANAGER gave me a whole lecture about how he loses money and now he has to throw this whopper away to make me a new impossible whopper LOL like are you serious?! the worst customer service experience i’ve ever had. This manager is THE WORST.

You should fix that speaker outside so your customers don't get yelled and freeze on -15 with a window open !Also, if I order a meal without drink, you should be able to understand that and give customers what they ask for!0 points ?
