The facilities are very good but yesterday I went and ordered a pizza, when I tried it it was horrible and I went to tell them but the cook is the worst, first I looked at him taking the popcorn out of the trash then he put it where the popcorn is served that made me It was disgusting and then when I complained about the pizza that was rotten, the cook said that the only thing that could be done was to throw it away. It really made me very angry and since they were going to close the kitchen, I didn't want to make another one. I talked to the Manager and she told him I commented on the situation and he only said that he was going to talk to the cook, I think it is not worth it for such a nice place to have that type of employees, do not order food that is horrible at least until they take more care of the food service.

This is a fantastic theater! Seats are very comfortable. They even let you order food and drinks from an app and staff rings it right to your seat during the movie! Definitely a great movie experience and will be coming back here frequently.
How does this place have so many 5-star reviews? 385 reviews and they've only been open for 1.5 years???1) The sound system is set at a level where every cup an actor sets down sounds like the dinosaur footsteps in Jurassic Park. It's not loud, it's not at a volume where some people might like it that loud, it's WELL past that as well as distorted. If you ask the staff to lower the volume down, they won't take any action. If you ask them a second time, they won't take any action. If you ask them a THIRD time, they won't take any action. I had to leave the movie I went to see 5minutes in.2) The food ordering system/concessions/bar doesn't work. You're meant to be able to order food, but their systems don't work. You then have a choice of going to the bar or front desk, both are overwhelmed.3) Ticketing. They have self service stations, but they don't work well.
