BAD BAD BAD !!! We was here only 2 customers, the boy before me try to order same sandwiches and had to repeat a few times what he want. And he told me he never see that BAD services in any other stores and me eater. Than after that the cashier go inside start to arrange some cup. I asked a few times, hello hello and no one try to ask me what i want to order. Than i left. So i never ever again will go the any popeyes store. The store is in Wheeling in Dundee rd. I can't understand when we are only, only 2 customers in a whole store and around is a bunch of MacDonald, Burger King, Panda and many other how that one have very BAD BAD BAD services.

People are nice but they can't count. Everytime I've ordered the 5 piece tender, I get 3-4 or they incredibly small.

We ordered wings and when we got them it was fried chicken not tossed in the sauce with a small layer of sauce on the bottom. Also, the garlic Parmesan DISGUSTING!! Mac a cheese, flavorless and gross. Long story short we threw away about 95% of the order!

This store is very unorganized! Every single time (which is about 7) I order online I get there and not only isn't it ready but they act like they didn't get my order and then they start fumbling through tickets and then checking their computer and then they finally find it . This happens every time. Then they often dont get the order right. I don't blame the employees I blame whoever is supposed to be training and managing this place

You see the reviews!!!!! Fix this or change to a chic-Fila or something. All the negative reviews is the same experience as mine. I live 1 mile away and thought a Popeyes this close to me was an absolute blessing.Kfc is right across the street but so so many people prefer popeyes because it's just better. But not at this place!!!! It's an absolute disgrace!!!!!Fix this, Fire everyone, or change management or all the above. Does anyone monitor this newly implemented restaurant?!?!?!?!?!?

Friendly employees, helpful with trying to find the best deal. The spicy chicken was crispy this time, which was pleasant. I think 1 dipping sauce per 4 strips is not enough. I go through 1 sauce per 2 strips.
Consistently the worst Popeyes ever. Ordered 36 piece nuggets. Most of the pieces are just skin and batter, just batter, or tiny meat pieces. Regular pieces of chicken has feathers sticking out. Coleslaw filled up only halfway. Biscuits are flat.

Uber Eats FAIL. Ordered Uber Eats through here, Uber driver claimed my order was never received by them, despite the app clearly telling me that it was both picked up and then ultimately delivered by my Uber driver. Restaurant refused to process the order then and there with the carrier so I was left with nothing but a $30 bill from Uber Eats after waiting 1 hour. Absolutely ridiculous.

If i could give zero stars i would... First time trying this location and my experience was very disappointing, they have zero sence of costumer service, not a hi, not a mile not a welcome to pooayes, they just stand there waiting for youto order, my food wasn't fresh , i order buffalo sauce and i got bbq instead, i honestly wont recommend this location or be back ina while, 13 bucks for a xold not fresh meal than went straight to the garbage.
