Here for brunch @ noon. Seated promptly, everyone was kind, the table was set and clean. The 360 fireplace is a nice touch, just watch the step up/down in that area. Service was quick, order accurate and a small pot of coffee was left at the table.

Arrived shortly after opening on a Sunday morning.Food: Challah French toast was subpar. The bread was flat, like it was smashed. Coated in an eg batter. Dry and chewy with a strong taste of possibly cooking oil.American Skillet: A standard skillet breakfast though small for the price.Seems like the French toast may have been made first and sat under the heat lamp while the skillet was being made.Service: coffee dropped off and order taken. Food took longer than anticipated to come out. Saw the server again when they dropped off the bill and again when they took payment.Atmosphere: average breakfast diner experience.

Ordered a larger catering order for my office through EZ cater from Rise N Dine. Food was great ok, however, it was 30 minutes late for a an event for our office. My manager called them and was pretty much dismissed so she requested I give the restaurant a call back. Before I did so, I contacted EZ cater to ensure it wasn't a late driver on their end to which it wasn't. When I called the restaurant the manager was the rudest person I have ever talked to on the phone trying explain to me how the business works, and that my issue should be with EZ cater not their restaurant. He even went on to say that all that matters is that our office received the food and it didn't really matter how late it was. All in all, he was pretty much mansplaining to me how the business works though it was was pretty laughable and infuriating to listen to him talk as I worked in restaurants for over 10 years and didn't need him to explain the business to me. He also never let me finish a sentence and all I wanted to know was why we wouldn't get a calm answer as to why there was an issue with our food. It was pretty obvious that Rise N Dine was late having the food ready but they wanted someone else to blame. I've literally never been spoken to so rudely by a business employee before. Oh, he also questioned why we ordered from them if we are 14 miles away from their restaurant, if that's the issue, then why do you accept orders from us? Just such a gross experience with the manager and that is a mutual feeling between everyone in my office who talked to him as well as EZ cater.
