I had been coming to this location since they opened. It has always been consistent with great customer service; however, this morning, 4/19/2024 at around 7:45am, I had the worst experience, so rude, she barley said hi and as I was trying to pay with my phone, using my Starbucks app, she yelled at me saying I can't see!, multiple times. Unfortunately the sun was bright and I guess for that reason, she couldn't see, I get it and after I replied saying please try to scan, she did and then she looked away happy to have my payment. Not once she said sorry. I hope Starbucks management looks in to this and she needs couching as it is running the brand reputation.

I get a coffee everyday from this Starbucks. It was great. Recently staff has changed and the quality of the drinks has dramatically declined. They are using old sour milk. My coffee was filled with curdles milk

She took the order incorrectly and made me feel if I wasn’t going to pay for the order or as if attempted to leave without pay. No, not at all. Never acknowledged or apologized for her own mistakes. I wish to leave her name but wouldn’t. Hope things get improved

Don't bother ordering an alternative milk, they won't respect your order and use standard milk most of the time anyway.

There's something about this location in particular that I always seem to be stuck waiting for a good amount of time for drinks. I know, I know, first world problems... but when in a rush in the morning and ordering just one drink but no cars in the drive through the 10-15 minute wait something for an iced chai seems to be a bit long. I often result to going inside of the cafe instead of the drive thru because it sometimes help with the speed of getting my beverages while others they cater to all the drive thru drinks and I'm still waiting. Overall, perhaps they are short staffed? But the staff I've interacted with are extremely kind and friendly.

Just rude. They weren’t even busy. I tell the lady who took my order I want to see it made. I’m genuinely intrested. Not a word. I left a tip. received no thank you. Just not friendly at all. Not even friendly enough to say good morning. SAM and BRUNO are great. We need more sams and Bruno’s. Not these rude people who don’t acknowledge humans.
