Wonderful staff. Especially GiGi and Kim. Love the cookies and coffee!
Stopped in to play and mentioned what machine we wanted to play based on a game on that machine. GG the attendant then talked to us about their rewards program and put our information in their system. AFTER she did that she informed my husband someone else who was already on a different machine "called" using the machine we mentioned after the person already on it was done. Didn't know you could "call" next use on a slot. Is that allowed??? Don't think Illinois gaming or Stellas corporate would agree. Way to drive away business!!!!!

This particular location needs better management. Marc was so rude to me and my wife. Another day a name I didnt catch cause they didnt have a name tag.I wasnt asked if I wanted a drink or anything. I waited 45 mnts for a open slot.I had ask if their was a time limit, my response was customers sit n gamble as long as they want. The golden rule goes a long way. A Time limit would be nice if there is no machines available would be great. Thanks for reading.
