This was my first time here, we were celebrating a large family birthday dinner. It was delicious! The owner and bartender worked well together to make sure we had drinks and food promptly. Pizzas, pastas and salads were all wonderful! We will be coming back!

Very limited wait staff. No offer for drink refills. No checking back. However food was good. Never received bread with meal (per menu). Couldn't get waiters attention.

We both had the chicken alfredo sandwich and it was very good. On a hoagie bun toasted with melted cheese on top.

We have been here at least 5 times and have yet to get good service. For some reason we keep going back…I guess because the food is great and affordable. We keep hoping they will get friendlier….this time was the worst though- google says they are open until 9. We were there at 7:55 and told we could be seated if we ordered quickly. He proceeded to not speak to us besides ask us what we wanted and when we thanked him when he brought our food, he didn’t say a word. The worst service yet and finally pushed us to stop giving them chances. By the way, this was the owner’s son, not a random employee.

Williamsville is very lucky to have this hometown gem. Bella's has great food and awesome specials. I highly recommend the fettuccini alfredo or pizza. It's one of my favorite places and super convenient to get to.
We decided to try Bella Trattoria on a friend's recommendation. We had big expectations and they met our expectations and then some. We tried the Italian beef pizza and it was delicious! We also tried the butter, oil and herbs penne and that was great too! The chicken and broccoli fettuccini Alfredo was really good as well. We topped off our meal with Cannolis and Tiramusu, which were also very good. The meals were huge portions, the deserts were small in comparison. We were very pleased with what we ordered and will be back to try some of the other things on the menu that looked tempting.

I felt sorry for the owner because he was buy himself in the front.However, I felt that the customers he knew were treated better.I came in the same time as a couple of his regulars. He made sure their drinks were replenished. I had to ask for my drink to refilled.The menu states that the pasta came with bread and seasoning oil. When my pasta arrived I didn't get the bread. I had to ask for it. It was delivered without the oil with the seasoning. The bread was store bought and not very good.I knew their portions were big and I had said to the owner that I was going to take part of my salad home, so I was disappointed that I had to ask for take out containers. He brought them but with out a bag to carry them.I would have thought he would have brought out the check with the containers, but he didn't. I put my food in a container and waited. A group of 8 walked in and because he knew them he made sure he took care of them.I had to ask for my check. He brought me my check and I had to ask for a back.So if you are not regular don't try the restaurant.
