Wonderful old school Rt. 66-inspired roadside restaurant.Eight of us rolled up 15 minutes before the lunchtime all-you-can-eat buffet closed. Very nicely they kept it open for us and restocked it with a fresh pizza and more hot chicken.If a bit of nostalgia and quality food at good prices is your thing, then this is your place.Get a t-shirt too while you are at it!!
What a fun find on my travels to this area. Fantastic chicken tenders, Cole slaw has a slight sweet with horseradish dressing. Nice biscuit in which I tried the in house hit honey over it. Very good. Friendly staff, great decor it’s a must see.

Apr 15, 2025First time here and probably the last, had ordered char-broiled chicken breast with rice and corn on a side. The chicken was definitely precooked in advance then heated, mediocre taste. The rice tasted like it came from a box, and it was barely warm. Unfortunately the best part of my meal was the corn… ?$17,99 (before tax) is too much for such a sub par quality. The service was professional, fast and friendly

Classic diner on historic route 66. Chicken basket was plentiful and priced right. Chicken was the juiciest fried chicken I have ever had, but not the best tasting. Still very good! The sides were off the chain. Great soup, mashed potatoes are a must have and the green beans were homemade. The service was a bit lack luster, but tolerable considering how dining out is these days (post covid). Definitely worth a visit.
