This is the best JJ store I’ve been to so far!Great customer service. Great food quality. They prepared my order just the way I had requested and the portion was pretty decent. Most importantly, the staff are kind and respectful, unlike other JJ stores that give you an attitude if you ask them something. Visited on 1/8/23 at 7:35pm

There was a piece of clear scotch TAPE in my tuna salad sandwich today that got stuck between my teeth.. I cannot make this up. I pulled it out and was horrified. Wasn't gonna write a review but the continuous negligence that I've experienced from this location and the one in Hodgkins is outrageous. How on earth does scotch tape make its way into your food? The amount of harm that the adhesive in tape can pose to the human body is no joke. Idk what to even say at this point.Also, there is another review here that detailed that they experienced negligence by a staff member and found bacon in their sandwich, and when pointing it out to a staff member they were rude to her when remaking their sandwich.Do you know what the definition of accountability is?I've experienced this same issue multiple times. These ill-mannered staff members here at this location and at Hodgkins have a hard time understanding allergy/dietary restriction protocols. Jimmy John's clearly does not require a ServSafe course or equivalent which is required by most restaurants for their new hires, that teaches the importance of food handling and cross contamination. And when they screw up YOUR order and you kindly point it out, they get annoyed like its your fault somehow. I've experienced this at this location and at Hodgkins and i would just like to point out, I am not driving to your restaurant and PAYING for your mistakes. I am PAYING for what I ordered. And what I order is what I am able to eat, not what your staff can eat. Shout out to the manager at Hodgkins location.Ya'll really need to get your stuff together. This is embarrassing and low caliber for a restaurant that prides themselves on efficient service.Oh, and on a side note, nausea is starting to kick in, probably from that yummy piece of scotch tape I found in my sandwich.

$10 unwich with rotting lettuce, nice.Another $10 unwich with soft wilted lettuce, yummy! $10 sandwich made their way not what I asked for, thank you! The girls ate the guts of the unwich and threw away the lettuce, I threw mine in the trash all together. Thanks for lunch Jimmy John's! Enjoy the $30, maby you can use it for bankruptcy proceedings, hopefully!

absolutely ridiculous wait time. My fiancé and I ordered our food about an hour ago for delivery and we're currently sitting in the store waiting for 2 wraps..still. The phone doesnt work because they keep it off the hook so it's impossible to get an ETA on the delivery. We'll be going to Darien moving forward. get your act together Willowbrook JJ's... freaky slow

This is the 4th time same driver with the blue car almost hits my vehicle. Someone needs to do something about this or I will call corporate...I spoke to the manager Dana and she seemed to dismiss it. He drives around like a maniac cutting cars off and speeding through parking lot adjacent to other businesses. If this is how Jimmy John's allows drivers to do this, it is a true liability. I let it go 1,2, 3 times, I hope this gets handled. UPDATE: Sent an email to Franchisee, no response at all whatsoever... I will let people I know to stay away from this location. This behavior is wreckless and should be addressed...

People here seem like they hate their job, not a smile or anything.Came in today there was a piece of bacon ? in my sandwich and I don't eat pork. The guy took it out with his hand and said there is no bacon.. i looked at him saying I can't eat this and he was so annoyed that he had to remake meA sandwich. The store was basically empty.. I left smiling and saying thank you trying to be nice, the guy working there looked and me and didn't say a word. Point being never coming back here again.

Jimmy john's is Jimmy john's. The staff is usually pretty young. They mean well but make a lot of mistakes. It's important at this store to watch your sandwich when they make it or check it before you leave to make sure it's too your liking.
