The new Mediterranean salad is very good and their French onion soup is the best I have found anywhere. Fast excellent service too.

I don’t know what happened to this place but I’m done. I hate giving bad reviews… The portion used to be generous. I had take out as always and the chicken salad in my sandwich was literally a JOKE. Looked like i payed to eat lettuce on a sourdough. The employees were a little bit helpful but they looked stressed and their faces was telling me they didn’t want to be there.

this is my only review and its because it was just simply that bad. the food and people were great except for one worker named Jeanzel. I waited a good twenty minutes for a simple smoothie and cookie, when i asked her about it she told me to go look at the moniters in the kitchen myself since she herself said she went and “didnt see the cookies up for order” i went to the pick up area and didnt see anything there, I went back and told her i could show her my receipt when she shook her head at me and muttered something inaudible. I thus went back to the pick up area and asked someone there, in which they obviously told me to pick it up in the bakery section. itd been more then ten minutes of back and forth when a nice lady working ended up reminding Jeanzel that she was supposed to give us the ones pre prepared. me and my friend ordered the same exact thing, only to take twice as long because she simply refused to bother her time with us. it felt unwelcoming and uncomfortable
They were out of baguettes, however i switched over to a sandwich and soup and it was excellent.

I wish I can give 0 star. They continuously mess up orders. Does not even apologize and lied about their mistake. 4th time they messed up my order in a row. Horrible management. I love Panera but they need to do something about the operation of the store. The manager is not good so the rest of the staff suck as well.
