Staff was very kind and service was prompt. The menu has great variety. I had the summer bowl and can't wait to come back and try other things.

Randomly stumbled upon this place for lunch and it was the best sushi bowl I’ve had in a while. Cute space and clean space. Def will be ordering again.

We order from Koya frequently - the food lacks consistency. Some days it’s really good and some days it’s bad - The salmon/beef is chewy if it’s not fresh. We went out of our way to start ordering on Tuesday’s because that’s when we figured they had fresh ingredients - it’s been good for the past few weeks but this week it was garbage.I hope they figure out a more consistent schedule for sourcing ingredients or else their gonna lose business.

Delicious food and really kind staff. They had a list of gluten free options for you to just check what you want then they compiled it how you want. Will definitely be back

I came here for a pick up order. Had the steak bowl and chicken bowl. The bowls were very tasty. I particular the steak which I really enjoyed. The steak had a grilled taste and was marinated perfectly. The bowls came with a cup of miso soup which was not watered down like many other places. I initially felt bad ordered 10 minutes before closing but the young lady working behind the register and owner were very nice and welcoming. The interior of the restaurant had a Chipolti fell to it but much brighter and less sterile. For a quick lunch or dinner, this is a great spot centrally located in Wilmette downtown. I will definitely be coming back.

Got it on uber eats! It was so delicious! Minus one star because they forgot to put avocado on my avocado torch bowl….

A nice an convenient place for healthy food.Slightly friendlier service would be nice, along with more ingredient choices for their bowls. The atmosphere is pretty cold, and longer opening hours (9pm?) would be good.Great choices for when I don't want to prepare anything and just want a healthy meal to eat.

One of my go to meals whenever I am on the road is Poke. Koya was the best place in the Evanston-Wilmette area. Rather than smother the bowl with soy sauce and other condiments, they actually make sure that all the ingredients work together. Stellar meal.
