Really can’t think of anything that was missing from our visit to Neapolita! Came here for a quick bite before catching the train and sat at the bar for a glass of wine, the burrata, and a bowl of the kale and bean zuppe. It was outrageous how simple and delicious those things were, so I ended up ordering a pizza to go! The pizza had to be reheated but it was still amazing. I’d love to go back. Thanks for such quality service and food!

This is a great place for a restaurant, however there were a few things that fell short. We were seated fairly quickly after being told it would be a 30 minute wait, there was no one else waiting. The music was blaring so it was hard to have a conversation. Our server was extremely nice and helpful. The bruschetta was delicious, the mozzarella was homemade and to die for! The Beet salad was yummy. The pizzas were ok. They could've been great but were burnt. We had 3 and two were burnt and the other had raw dough. It was too bad.

Very good neighborhood Italian. Tomato sauces are very bright and fresh, pizza crust has a nice char on it. Owner: skip the restaurant surcharge and the explanation. You charge a lot for a basic pizza; you don't need the extra $2.50 on a hundred dollar check.

The salad we ordered was good and in theory the pizza flavor combinations are interesting but unfortunately the smokiness of the pizza just over powered everything. Literally tasted/smelled like cigarette smoke over the whole crust. Would give them another chance though and order things besides pizza!

Tried Napolita out for Valentines Day- ordered vodka pasta and a pizza. The pizza was super oily and toppings slid right off. The pasta here is not homemade and the vodka sauce does not taste like true vodka sauce. Was really disappointed when I only ordered 1 dish my bf and I enjoyed (the meatballs). Our server was kind and offered excellent service but the food just isn't that great!

We ordered a specialty pizza about an hour before closing. The pizza came suspiciously quickly (20 min from ordering) and it was cold and largely uncooked. Although overall their pizzas are OK, do not order late. You will get a hastily prepared and uncooked pizza. I don't plan to order from them again.

My family and I went one evening and it was not busy. We ordered a few pizzas to share and thought they were great. My one complaint is that I recently broke my tailbone and had a hard time sitting on their wooden chairs for a 2 hour dinner. Please get cushions for the chairs.
Food is great. Burrata artichoke prosciutto pizza, vodka sauce penne. Italian antipasta salad all really nicely done. Nicole D our waitress on the other hand. Not good. She made sure she expressed in someway-Every time she approached the table - made sure she let us know she was not happy about waiting on a table at lunch with four women who weren't drinking She told us time and time again how busy she was -though we never asked for anything extra just talked and waited for our order She kept forgetting our order and coming back to the table ( it might have been a good idea to write it down when She took our order i think) and when I looked up at her to curiously like what's going on, she immediately starting saying how busy she was and she was doing the best she could though I hadn't said a word She made sure we knew it every time I sat there the entire time and we were there couple of hours never once did she nor did she have the bus boy refill my empty water glass, I will not be waited on again by her but I would go to Napolita probably to their Northbrook location food is quite good Yes she was sort of busy - not terribly and I have years experience as a waitress- yes but didn't have to be so rude about it and make sure we knew how much she disliked us though we were enjoying each company and smiling and pleasant throughout and each tipped her 20%. So sad this prejudice still exists
