The worst location ever. We've been here before and had a couple mishaps so we let it slide. Whoever is on the speaker at the drive thru, he needs to either quit or don't do the drive thru at all. Repeated my order 4 times because he did not understand it. Went up to the window to pay, which the guy who works giving out the drinks, is okay. He did nothing wrong. It's the guy who takes the orders and makes the drinks that needs to quit. Made the wrong drink, so the other guy had to make us pull to park. My husband, at this point isn't so happy, went into the store, proceeded to wait AND guess what.... made the wrong size of the drink...??. He had to remake it into the size we got and went on to the county farm location lol... obviously this is the last time we will ever go to this location. I don't care to wait for getting the correct drinks, it's that kid that makes the drinks who ruined it. Or just don't come here on a Sunday morning.May I add... I ordered an everything bagel with a side of veggie cream cheese and they gave me plain. Like I said, he needs to quit or just greet people because if you can't understand people thru a drive thru, people will continue to have issues at this location

Hard to review the food when you can't be helped. Went at 11:30 on a Tuesday and employee's conversion with her friend was way more important than helping with my order. Stood there full 5 minutes and made myself very obvious. Walked out and took my business elsewhere. Sweet business model.

Below standard quality, and the frequently mess up orders or LEAVE THE LID OFF THE TOP. Three times now I have had my coffee spill all over the lot or in my lap. First time I was like "ok it happens" Second time i caught it outside my car window. Third time was yesterday and the final straw as I lost half my coffee because they cant click a lid on. Avoid this Dunkin it is sloppy

This Dunkin' is pretty good. The staff is always friendly.The downside; drinks are not as hot as I would personally like them, but you should decide for yourself. Also, they don't always fill the cup. I recently purchased 2 medium chai latte, the cups were 3/4 foam (and slightly colder than I personally like). They tasted great!Overall though I will continue to go there occasionally.
Most expensive location around, please save yourself frustration and just drive the extra 5 min to another one, its not worth it. They mess up my order way more frequently than they've ever gotten it right. I only get an egg and cheese croissant and 9/10 times they burn it, put bacon, forget the cheese or all of the above. Coffee is never consistent, it will taste different everyday depending who makes it and what mood they're in. If you actually want you're order right, go literally anywhere else.

Store closes at 6pm, which the employee admitted to, and would not sell a bag a coffee at 5:50pm. Please update the closing time if even a bag of coffee can no longer be sold.

I am old school I guess. When I go to a donut shop I am usually interested in buying a donut. Not here folks. My wife and I stopped in to get some coffee and donuts but much to our disappointment there were no donuts to speak of. They had a few jelly ones left so we purchased two and had some coffee. Neither of us like jelly donuts but what is one to do? This was our second attempt at satisfaction from this location. Usually we give a place three strikes before they are out. But we are going to make an exception here and never are to return again. Suggestion to management. Make some donuts for your customers. You are a donut shop not a coffee shop.
