“A good stoping point for us on our way to Gelina from chicago. Service was a bit slow, but they were busy. I felt like a lot of people were running around doing nothing. But our food was fresh and yummy. To me, thats the most important thing! Place was a bit messy, but again they were busy. Nothing a couple of wet napkins can't fix. Ended up leaving because there were too many people and loud kids! Would stop here again!“
“Staff was very attentive and very nice ??? had a burger and fries it was very good! Then had ice cream for dessert which was also very good ? it's nice that the staff comes back to ask if everything is ok and refill your drinks! It reminds me of the restaurant on "Happy Days with the Fonz"“
“Absolutely the best chili dogs in the entire state. Go ahead and get the foot long ones as you can diet tomorrow. Worth every calorie. This place does excellent Italian beef, hamburgers, chicken and hotdogs. I have yet to have a poor experience here. It's a takeout only place but we'll worth it. Shakes and malts awesome as well. As you can tell I really like this place. Been coming here for years any time I'm within 10 miles.“
“Wooo weeeee! This place is so good! The owner there is super nice and you can tell she loves what she does. She noticed there was a line building up and She came from the back to help the guy in front of us order on the touch screen and was gracious enough to help us and others too. As for the UNUSUALS, they are sooooooo good. The granita and ice cream were very good quality. They ruined slushies and ice cream at Sonic for me since they will never compare to Zammuto’s lol. I highly recommend this place. Your mouth will thank you!“
“Classic type of ice cream stand in Rockford that's been a longtime summer favorite. Dari Fair is another one of those seasonal places. It has the big window to order at and a drive thru. Has more than just the ice cream. There's also burgers, pretzels, and more. A pretty good location in a mostly quiet area. It's on Kilburn Avenue close to Searls Park. This makes for a nice stop after walking around or whatever. Has about what to expect from an ice cream place. It's about $2.25 for a slushie. Also there's some hot food. It's about $2.95 for a pretzel. Pretty basic stuff. It's not great or anything. They're known for the soft serve, so if getting ice cream get that. Has seasonal hours. It opens in the spring and is the busiest obviously in summer. They close up for the winter.“
“I stopped here on a whim with my 3 kids on a Sunday afternoon and we were not disappointed! There was a line clear to the door and the 2 young women behind the counter were quick and friendly. Top notch customer service. Prices were reasonable and the quality of the ice cream was excellent. Highly recommend and we definitely plan on returning again!“
