I was in a hurry and used the drive thru. They got the WHOLE ORDER WRONG, except there was fish. I asked for a double fish, no tarter sauce, double cheese, and a moka frappe. I got a Carmel frappe and two single fish with lots of tarter sauce and no straw. They told me to pull up to the next window. 10 minutes late, a manager was walking past stopped, opened the window. "You have to come in!" She said and closed the window and walked away. Next, another server exchanged the frappe but not the fish sandwiches. There was a tag on one sandwich calling it a double extra cheese. I was late waiting and left disgusted. Called, and the manager excused, "We were very busy. What could we do!"Kid-friendliness: Customer Unfriendly! When I'm in a hurry, I use the drive-thru. Don't tell a customer to come in to fix their mistakes. BURGER KING, WENDY'S, or a STREET VENDOR TRUCK could be better!

Service has gone downhill lately. It feels like I wait twice as long as I ever used
After waiting around 30 minutes for them to bring food out. Still didn’t get it had to go in and the had to redo order and make it again. This is ridiculous. 45 minutes later get food. Two burgers and two fries. Didn’t even offer a gift card for free food to make up for it. Don’t think I’ll return there. Another car waiting by me a lot longer had to go in and get his food to.

I had a decent sized breakfast order for my coworkers and I. Yes I had to pull up and wait but it was expected as I had 6 breakfast sandwiches. The staff was very polite and they got to me within a very reasonable time and it was accurate! Great place for breakfast!!

This place is getting ridiculous. The fries are usually an hour old, and service is slow as all hell, and this.. this is what we get for a burger now... we're done going here. And I think a lot of other people are tired of the subpar mcdonald's we have to deal with in bago..

Placed a mobile order at 5:10am but they're not taking orders till 5:40am? So now I'm waiting for 30 minutes in the parking lot because I would have to go through a process of getting a refund (due to it being a mobile order) if I decide to go home. This is why I never order from fast food chains and would rather make my own food at home.
