Probably the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I went there 3 times in a month. Every single time the card machine was down which I’m pretty sure is just something they say at night so they don’t have to work. I rarely get the right order and everyone is rude. AVOID THIS PLACE!

I really hate posting negative reviews. I am naturally a positive person and would rather share happy memories. That being said, the first time I went through the drive thru, they got my order of over $40 wrong. This was not figured out until we got home and since we live over 20 minutes away, there was no way I was driving back on the same day. But, I did call the manager and was told it would be replaced, written in the book, and I wrote down her name and kept hold of the receipt so there would be no problems. Two days later, however, we did return. I was given a hard time about what would be replaced, then we waited at the window for over 15 minutes while the prepared 3 items, only to get home to find them ALL prepared incorrectly. Now, after I've spoken to another manager, I get to return and hopefully they will get it right the third time... But, third times a charm, right?I hope you have a better experience.
