Great smoothies but absolutely horrible service. Workers are rude and condescending. Love the food and want to come back but the workers attitude makes it hard. If you're spending $15 on an açaí bowl, you should at least get a kind attitude. It's not hard to be nice.

Smooth, creamy, with a bit of crunch and so decadent and healthy. Who said you can't have the best of two worlds?? It's definitely on the pricey side but it's in a popular part of Chicago so that's to be expected. I stopped by here after many runs I did during the 100 degrees weather weeks.. and the delicious smoothies were worth every sip! They can customize them to your liking if you want to swap out certain ingredients. Service was super friendly and recognized my sweaty face after my second visit which made me laugh. I especially loved the maca protein smoothie. Take my money.

The bowls may pricey but it's worth every cent for the amount, flavor and freshness. All of their menu items are dairy free!

One of my favorite spots to come to for a juice or açaí bowl right after I teach yoga next door! Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about the products! Reason I give it three stars is due to the long wait for an açaí bowl. There are several times where I'll wait close to 20 mins for my bowl, and when I try and go preorder, it's always "sold out". Wish it wasn't that long for the wait because they are delicious!

As a green smoothie lover, I was disappointed with our experience here. I spent $13 on a smoothie, the green dream. They were very busy & we waited about 15 minutes for our drinks-which isn't a problem, but we did not get what was advertised. It is a very small, crowded indoor space. It's hard to order, ask questions about the menu or talk to staff with the sound of blenders constantly going off. The Smoothie was very bland for being advertised as a sweet green smoothie. It wasn't even blended properly, I had multiple large chunks of fruit in the cup. It's disappointing because we asked staff for recommendations and the drinks we got were very mediocre. Another friend ordered a coffee and it was not a good roast. I love the concept of this place, but it's not worth the price. I didn't even finish my drink, $13 wasted. Make your green smoothies at home.

All hail, Mason! Mason is incredibly dedicated and goes above and beyond to help customers. I had a gift card that wasn't loading and Mason was so diligent and figuring out how to make it work and making sure I was able to receive the full value of my gift card. Even when busy, Mason is able to keep their cool and work efficiently to manage and help the other stuff. They are lucky to have an employee like Mason!

Tried to order avocado toast and a iced coffee, but they were out of avocados and completely out of ice. Then tried to order a mocha, which was also unavailable. Don't wast your time here!

Horrible customer service. Food is good but employees need to greet or at least acknowledge a customer is waiting to be helped. This isn't the first time. I've waited and not been helped. I thought I'd give them a second chance because the açaí bowl are great but no way I'm going back again because of my experience. I preordered my food on the app and it said my food was ready for pick up. I go in the store and the cashier does not help me at all. She goes to the back to work. If I was told someone will be with me soon, I would be very understandable but being ignored in unacceptable.Ps...this is not a scam. I live around the corner and visited the store. Just wrote about my experience.

Get it together, Gen Z! This was the most spastic, unorganized, delayed service...and two days in a row, so it's not an off day. Orders that were supposed to take 10 took 40+, and only because they kept deciding to combine orders of other people based on ordering the same bowl vs completing an individual order at a time...which drastically compounds wait time (duh!) That's why it was 40 min not 10...because you made 4 extra bowls. Someone please train these kids to finish an order...it's honestly not worth the hassle of the horrible service to come here. Just wanted to warn folks if you do, deeply lower your expectations for basic employee competency.

Stopped into this location of JuiceRx for a post-workout pick-me-up on a weekday afternoon. After taking my time looking at the selections in the cooler, I opted for the Liquid Lunchbox. The ingredients listed cucumber, pear, romaine, ginger, and cinnamon, but I could also detect turmeric - a bonus for its anti-inflammatory properties. The juice was not overly sweet, and I appreciated that it was balanced, not tasting like a wheatgrass shot or a lawn. I can't wait to return to try some of the bowls and coffee drinks on offer!

Just got to Chicago a couple hours ago and was looking for a place to get a protein smoothie after a workout. Was lucky to see there was one 300 ft from my hotel. Only one person in line and both workers were helpful with everything i asked. Was looking for almond butter, banana and protein and almost everything had a variation. I was nervous since i dont usually mix darker berries in but they were right whenthey recommended one that was delicious the "Maca Protein".They also have a pretty big selection of other items from protein bites, to açaí bowls and different kinds of protein packed toast that i may come back for.Definitely will be back throughout the week for the peanut butter cup, no complaints from me
