I come here often since it’s close to my home. But the last few months, the service has been terrible. I’m waiting way to long for one simple drink. I use the app and my order is never correct. The employees have bad attitudes and will purposely ignore you.

I went to the window the guy there was rude and ignorant messed my order up and never could explain where my receipt was even argued with me double checking my order i will never give them my service again worst dunkin
I have tried to give this place a second chance, and a third, and a fourth, and I’m done with the customer service provided here. A woman who I believe to be the manager ( black short hair always in ponytail) , has been extremely rude in multiple occasions, examples include:I ordered a coffee that wasn’t as sweet as I liked it, so I went to her and requested to add more caramel and i offered to pay for the extra, she went on to snatch it from my hand and then lecture me that if I wanted it sweet I have to make a selection to add more. Another time, I payed to have oat milk for my drink, she put skim, I am lactose intolerant, I brought it back some time later because I put it in the fridge for next days use. Despite it being their mistake, she said that I had to come in right away and since I hadn’t she will only be willing to fix THEIR MISTAKE this one time ( I literally still had the drink untouched), then just today I made an order that automatically included whip cream, I told her that, and showed her( it was the frozen toffee coffee) which automatically gave me whip cream without me personally selecting it. She went again to lecture me in the most condescending and unfriendly tone on how I need to personally select it. And when I tried to explain that it was already selected when I made the order she waved me off and walked away ignoring me. I have never been treated so poorly without cause. I’ve been nothing but polite to these workers and it’s to the point I’m considering going to a farther location , just for kinder service.

This place is Under New Management for the last 6 months is going downhill really bad the service horrible cleanliness going down the tube bathrooms always closed out of service if you're not going to run this place the way it should be get someone else to do it

Worst service I've ever gotten anywhere the cashier girl was rude from the start she yelled "what do you want" when it was my turn to order something and when I did order she threw the change for my donut at my friend this was probably the worst service I ever had anywhere highly don't recommend this place if you wanna be treated fairly
