We had a birthday party. We are all adults and still have SO MUCH FUN!!! Amazing party coordinator, Lily was very helpful!!! Also the female manager was very welcoming and helpful. We arrived an hour early to set up and to get the details organized. They were helpful, and they have accommodated our needs!!! 4 stars because the play area can use some dusting/cleaning. Even the chairs at the kids area visibly are soiled from food stains/etc. You can visibly see dust/hairs on the stairs ,walls of the play areas. Good thing I brought extra socks with grippers so I don't have to deal with dirt as well as extra pants.
