The lady on the drive through was extremely rude. She rushed through the order, and when we she told us cash only when it was too late and lied that she had said that earlier. This is the closest McDonald’s at night and we just wanted some food after a day of work but she refused to give it. The employee said her name was Erika and we will not be coming here. The food is pretty bad but we come here since its late. Really bad experience overall. Erika also had no name tag.
Erica is the best hands down. I arrived at McDonald's at 11:20 and all my food was fresh. She took real pride in her job. I'm thankful. Erica really deserves everything and more complete customer satisfaction. She did everything that she could to please me whether that was me coming back two times for paper towels or coming back for shamrock shake or coming back because I meant to say no onions. I came in to pick up a mobile order I placed and the woman working was extremely rude. After waiting for her to acknowledge my presence she asked me what i needed and I told her I had a mobile order. She asked my code which I gave her , and then was told it wasn't a mobile order cause it wasn't doordash.
