$70 for 2 people is unacceptable. I ordered the steak nachos. The cheese was rubbery. Absolutely horrible! Also- it is ILLEGAL to charge a credit card fee when a debit card is used, yet we were charged.

WE SHOULD HAVE GOT UP AND RAN FOR THE EXITS !!! We waited almost 20 minutes for service, which turned out to be horrible. Our orders were all wrong, and all the food was bland and unseasoned. Throughout our whole meal that's all they did was apologize and give us a bunch of excuses. In the end, they adjusted our bill accordingly, but I will never return to this Pepe's (In Woodridge IL) because it is absolutely disgusting. TAKE MY ADVICE... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!! ??
The Woodridge Pepe's has a shockingly abusive policy of massively upcharging for takeout. There are different menus with wildly different prices! An order quoted at $15 worth of food was run up in their takeout system for over $50! Food is good, but not good enough to tolerate nonsense like that. In-store prices might be $ but takeout prices are $$$$ for some reason!

Seriously do not EVER eat here. 10.00 upcharge because "Our menu prices have changed".They didn't tell me the price just presented me with a receipt. I was polite and signed it. How is one meal 42.00?No tortillas and a bag full of your trash hot sauce.Go to mi hacienda insteadOnly dumb white people eat here

We are facing very bad customer service at this location. We were eating salsa & chips and started torturing from 8.30 pm that we are closing at 9.30 pm . And the food is very cold and tasteless. Please never go to this restaurant such a bad restaurant it is!!

We came at 9 pm with the group of 13-15 people but the lady staff there was behaving very rude with my sister with such a bad attitude. Closing time on google shows 11 pm but the staff over there say we are not taking orders after 9 & she said we will take your plates even if you are eating . I mean is this really you gonna behave with your customers . Such a bad customer service don’t go to this restaurant .
