The fries were limp and not done well. Wendy's has a problem with this.The tables were dirty and the floor was sticky. So much so, it was gross. The women's bathroom... the handicapped stall which I need, was stopped up. I was truly disgusted.But the people were nice. But this needs to be fixed.
I feel that this is one of the best Wendy's around. Employees are friendly. Food is usually hot and tasty. I visit here often even though it usually is out of my way. The only issues I have had here is the pop machine in the dining area is slow on the TouchPad. Also occasionally my fries or breakfast potatoes are not hot from the fryer as I like them. I don't have a Wendy's in Lockport yet so I have to travel to one and this one is the best within 12 miles of me.

The fruit drink is soooo sweet! I let the ice melt and still could not tolerate it too muchMy grandkids loved them.Kid-friendliness: They love Wendy's. There is entry on the menu for each of them and myself! The restaurant was clean. The workers asked questioning and assisted the kids with their food questions.
