I bought lottery tickets here, won and when I tried to cash them in, the guy working (at 9:30pm on 11/30) said, "we aren't a bank, I can't pay you!" I get it if the drawer is short. I even said, can I just cash out half of the ticket and then just get new tickets and he just kept repeating, "we aren't a bank!" This guy clearly needs more training and maybe some exposure to customer service standards.

WOW! Sweet lord baby jebis. The "thickest " thin pie I have ever seen! 1 slice and I was almost snoring from a food coma. Late 11:45p UBER EATS Delivery to Hilton Property 20 minutes away & still piping hot.The Ultimate Hawaiian...Yes IndeedThis by far is the best pizza we have ever had in the County of Mchenry, maybe even Chicago. The protein portions could feed a small army for a week, worth every cent. Thank you!WoW

I’d assume she was the manager, but one of the workers was yelling loudly and was very condescending. Also the pizza from the kitchen was completely out and no one was working on another one. 1/10.

Don’t go in there with anything other than a ten dollar bill if your paying cash for anything. They can’t break it! Kid behind the counter is a moron. Start going across the street for your services. People there know what they are doing. 9 people working in that place and one register open and a line to the door!

I usually always have a great experience coming here. But I’m more disappointed in this visit. Today is may 1st 2023 at 2:22 pm and I had the privilege to have wonderful customer service help with Erica the csr working here. she tried everything she could to give me a great experience here the only thing that upsets me from this visit is the involvement of Jessica the manager on duty at the time. When Erica was helping me the pin pad froze on me mid transaction. She helped me till she asked for the managers help Jessica to assist her. Jessica comes approach’s me with attitude towards Erica for needing her help. As I was waiting patiently for the system to reboot I did ask for a pen because I was going to add on my transaction with lottery. Lottery was out of line so I wasn’t going to play after the manager rudely directed me to where a pen was at instead of just being kind like Erica and giving me the pen aside of her. I really don’t appreciate the way Jessica was directing Erica it came off as bullying and a lot of attitude. Just down right mean. I’m more disappointed that Casey’s would hire a manager that makes everyone’s experience at Casey’s uncomfortable and unwelcomed.

My daughter went in this morning and wanted to order a pizza. The guy told her that he was “too far behind and couldn’t do it”. What kind of customer service is that. I worked in this store for six months and that would never have been acceptable. I have friends that have gone in and had horrible experiences. Seems customer service has gone downhill a lot.

The general manager is extremely rude. Not sure what her deal is but she makes sure everyone in the store knows I drink iced coffee and to charge me $4.99 for it.

One of the weirdest experiences here that left me feeling angry. Went up the checkout counter with a couple bottles of pop and asked for a pack of cigarettes. Sean was at the counter and addressed me very rudely. I set down my things to checkout and he stared at me with the dirtiest look for a good 10 seconds and I was really confused. When I asked for the cigarettes he shouted very loudly “SURE” and I asked is there a problem? He didn’t answer me and continued with the dirty looks all throughout the check out process. I left feeling really creeped out and angry. How can someone be so rude?

I worked there for a day she fired me because I didn’t wear a chef coat on my first day when my trainee wasn’t wearing a chef coat either so I didn’t think I had to wear one I just called to see where my paycheck was and she hung up on me most disrespectful manager at any cases that I’ve ever dealt with her name is Kendall
