We were stopping through on a trip and had early lunch. Husband had avocado toast with poached eggs and I had a patty melt. Food was excellent, served timely and reasonably priced. Server and owner were pleasant. The restaurant has a diner feel. Menu is expansive.
We were on our way to lake Geneva and found this place based on the ratings it received. We are glad we stopped. A cute cafe with great food. There are a few tables outside. Food was very good and prices were reasonable.

Although I had the nagging feeling I had eaten here before, it's got new management. It looks like a greasy spoon from the outside, but it's way too clean to be called that. Maybe it's a clean and shiny spoon. Busy breakfast-brunch diner place that has lots of regulars. Still, friendly and accommodating for visitors.
