They help my depression and always are so good to me!! I’d be lost without them. In the past 6 years they have always been there and the service is phenomenal, excellent staff/delivery and my food is always delicious and on time. Ordered at 12:50, 1:50 comes no food, I call I'm told it just left with a driver. 2:20 still no food, I call tell them to cancel the order, they tell me it's on its way. 2:50 still no food, I tell them to cancel the order and the employee gets argumentative. I tell them do you really expect me to eat food that has been sitting for 2 hours, and has been who knows where? I understand places are short handed, and good help is hard to find, but arguing and lying, no good

I did an online order for an unwich and added avocado spread. I picked it up and when I got home I started to eat the sandwich. I bit into a tomato and realized I forgot to put "no tomato" on it. So I opened it up to get the tomatoes off. Thats when I noticed there was no avocado spread on it. I called the store and spoke with a nice man. I explained that I knew it was busy when I got there so its understandable that something was missed and just asked if there was a way for me get my $1.10 back that I paid extra. He said he would need to speak with the manager and I could hear her in the background. She said to check between the cheese and I said I did. She said that there was nothing they could do.

So I ordered a club lulu add onion, cucumber extra tomato mayo. I asked him did i mention mayo? He said I don't know. Would you like mayo? Changed for extra tomato but no onions or cucumbers. I understand that marijuana is legal but customer service taking orders that can't repeat the order! come on.

This was the slowest experience I've had at a Jimmy John's. I ordered ahead on the app. I had to wait just under 20 minutes for 1 sandwich drink and cookie.
