We ordered a deep dish and a regular pizza with light sauce. It took over 45 minutes for it to be ready. We got them home and both of them were under cooked. The deep dish at least had a solid crust just softer. The regular pizza was still floppy and the crust was white with no toast color at all. We had to put them both back in the oven for another 20 minutes to fully cook. There was hardly any cheese on both of them. We had asked for light sauce on the regular pizza and the sauce was so heavy it was glooping out when we picked it up. I hate leaving a bad review but this was really the worst pizza I've ever had. Like worse than school cafeteria pizza...by far.

Wow! The customer Service I experienced with Nevaeh! Was a straight outta Woodstock 10! Never have I experienced such positivity and Jake made our food quick and had it ready for us while we were walking up!!

not even a star rating for this place. the customer service is shit. they have a sign "if you do not re you're receipt, you're order is free" I never got one and I said something and the "manager" said its for next order and wanted me phone number and name and start talking about it like " do you want my gm he said" if that is the case the signs need to say that at each register and also didn't help when I saw the manager outside smoking and came in like no no no. I've worked in the customer service jobs for years and I know at that point customers are all right.

There is a rude employee who works there and makes ugly faces when I am ordering. It’s happened twice now with the same person. The place also looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years.
Last time I came here it was a disaster!! Ever since Moe and June got here it’s been nothing short of great service and food done right !!! Thank you for feeding 4 hungry kids today !! ??

Poor quality food. This location butchers their product all the time. Examples: severely unproportioned cut pizza, undercooked pizza with super flimsy dough, very poor dough-to-sauce/pizza ratio, where you have a lot more crust than anything else, and the bread sticks are very often heavily misshaped and rarely somewhat uniform in length/thickness, on top of not being cooked very much and are very doughy. (is that even safe?).Here's an example of what you can expect from their 'deep dish'... See picture.The team is very bland as well. They will walk up to the desk, ignore that you're there, and then just walk back. Sometimes you won't have someone greet you for 2-3 minutes or longer after entering the store, and they're right behind the wall with the menus too, so its not like they can't see you or hear you.The staff is not rude, but not very cheerful at all. Clearly the top managers need to get involved and fix this place.

Back of house were yelling at each other and the one employee over the age of 20 looked and sounded exasperated and defeated. Ordering online is a crapshoot, front of house wasn’t scanning items and email/app updates were wrong (pizza was in the oven for 40 minutes..) I’d usually give stores like this the benefit of the doubt but it really seems like the employees just don’t care.

Be ready to wait. Make sure you got time because they take forever. Had like 8 other people waiting while I was there and all they were doing is yelling and screaming at each other. Also the lady that work there is rude as hell.

Nice staff, but the staff consistently come off as uncaring to the restaurant. Inconsistent good quality as well, with pizzas not always be cooked, or lack of ingredients, and parmesan garlic wings that taste like microwaved left-overs with literal parmesan packets sprinkled on them. Again, the staff are friendly, but the quality of this little caesars is not like the others.
