Sometimes, I need to zip through a place quickly and don't have all the time I'd like to cook. Especially during these cold months, I really appreciate Panera's good food and their soups on the go! Thank you, Panera and staff for having exactly what I needed to hit the spot! Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Panera is one of my favorite places to go dine in with friends or even just by myself. The food is always baked fresh and they keep their menu optimal by always having all the "old favorites" to order along with a new or seasonal dish to try. I love that I can get bagels any time of the day and that they have multiple flavors of cream cheese available for purchase. My favorite is blueberry! The food is fresh and the service is quick. The decor is inviting and "classically trendy." The layout has multiple different furniture options from a two or four person table to booths and also big comfy chairs. One of my favorite things to do is go for lunch by myself, set up my laptop and catch up on work. They suggest that customers use the wifi for a two hour frame so that it's available to others as well. Lastly, I also love that I'm able to purchase Panera homemade soups at a variety of grocery stores in my area!

Don’t go here this place is horrible. I came in the other day in at 7am and this old lady named Jackie (her voice was awful) was very rude I Heard her being rude to the other worker and could hear her yelling in the back about coffees. When she pulled out a fresh batch of coffee I was so excited to get some coffee but found coffee grains in it…. Not a great start to my morning. She also got my order messed up. She also made me late to work and had to wait more time for them to remake my order. I asked for a receipt and did not say what i asked for which was completely on her fault and not on the cooks. She has such a nasty personality too. Would not go here the atmosphere is terrible. I don’t know why this nasty witch is working here she is making the company have bad rep all because of her. I will mabey give this place another chance if they fired her. I feel so bad for the workers that have to put up with her nasty personality and horrible voice. I can’t imagine them having to hear her atrocious voice every morning.

Ordered rapid pick up, ready on time but not in the rapid pick up area. Had 1/2 turkey bacon bravo. All I tasted was bread. 1 piece of bacon and so little sauce. It was basically a bread sandwich. Didn't taste anything else.

Fun& Creative Gifts

Come to Panera this morning/afternoon. Staff was hard working but was polite when my order taken a little long. Everyone wanted to come to Panera but I understand completely to it being Saturday and cold. My food was good too. Highly recommended coming back. ?

Absolutely horrible service! Do not go here because they don’t deserve to even have this Panera opened with the terrible staff. We waited 30 whole minutes just to get our order and then we noticed they forgot one of our foods. We never got it and they need to hear this- UNACCEPTABLE!

Went into the drive-thru at about 7:45 a.m. on Friday morning had two cars in front of me. It took them 25 minutes to take the orders for those two cars. I then pulled up to the screen to place my order and waited for someone to take my order. After 10 minutes the person behind me honked the horn and someone finally asked if they could take my order. I had already placed my order online while sitting there in the drive-thru, so all I had to do is give them my last name. I drove around and no one was at the window waiting for their food so clearly they had served them off. I let the gentleman know that came to the window that there was a very long line of people waiting to be served behind me. He said that he didn't realize that anyone was waiting to place an order which seems odd given that they have a sensor that you drive over and he heard the honk so he must have been able to hear we were there. My total waiting time was almost a half an hour to get an order that was placed online while I was sitting waiting in the drive-thru. I realized after I pulled away and was at my destination that they had given me the wrong item for my order and had to turn around and drive back to get it fixed. The apology was a cookie.
