The staff are always friendly and greet you when you walk in. I love the food and coffee. However, I feel that sometimes they forget my customizations. Like extra sweet cream or more vanilla. Otherwise, a good place to grab your Starbucks!
I ordered an iced brown sugar oat milk blonde espresso. What I got was a cup of ice with eight sips of the espresso. I've had this in other locations and there's lovely foam on the top with the brown sugar on the very top= a very smooth distinctive flavor plus there's more liquid. I didn't go in there to buy a $6 cup of ice. I'm going to go back to my other location and see how many sips I get out of that one. But I am getting close to being done with Starbucks.

I ordered a matcha and they filled it halfway and topped the other half with whip cream. I payed for a grande but they only filled it fit a tall. When I arrived to work the whip cream melted and I could see just how much they filled with matcha.

I got the most amazing service here. I didn’t catch a name, but the person with the short hair and a beetle tattoo (arm) was so helpful. Aside from that, her positive energy was contagious and really made my day. Starbucks is very lucky to have someone like this.
