Great when they first opened. Horrible now. Everyone walks around like they have nothing to do yet food is never ready when it says it will be. Half the time they don't even start until you tell them you're there for pickup...Zero sense of motivation or urgency. Hopefully they're all volunteer workers because paying for this kind of service is comical. Management needs to step in and figure this out or hire new workers.On top of that, you're lucky if the food has any seasoning or sauce on it. Bbq sauce must be the rarest item on earth for wing stop.

These guys are the homies. I usually will order something when I'm on my way home from work. Today, I got caught in traffic and called and asked them to push my order back. They obliged and were super cool about it.This place is my copium ❤️ y'all rock
Had to wait 20 to 25 minutes in line as they don't have enough staff. The dry rub chicken legs hardly had any seasoning on them but the fries were extremely over salted. Spent $50 there but never again. Learned my lesson.

Rarely ever complain about anything. I understand that people have bad nights, but this is unacceptable. These are supposed to be BBQ wings. Instead of sitting down and singing some Ray Charles, maybe double check your product and ensure it’s quality before it goes out the door.

Went there for the first time today took a very long time. The people were very quiet and not a lot of energy. The wings were small, and tasteless. There was no napkins. The french fries had some sort of sugar on them, and they were not wrapped or covered whatever carbonation they put in the cups had no flavor, it was very expensive and as a business owner, I would think I would continue. I will never go back.
