We came here for the last time!I understand it was Ramadan and I respect that, but the waitress was beyond rude, the food was cold and no one asked if everything was good or not.Definitely do not recommend. There's better restaurants in the area.

I ordered stuffed lamb from them for Ramadan for a party of 30 people, and the smell of lamb was an unbearable exhalation!! And the rice is normal, not with meat or anything, plain rice!! The lamb cost me $550! If I brought pizza, it would be more merciful!!

I wrestled with leaving this review. As a small business owner, I understand the importance of protecting the brand. So, I'll start with the positives...My husband and I were the only customers so, customer service was an easy plus since there was no one else to require the staff's attention. We were sat by the window, at a booth.Neither of us are typically fans of hummus. We now know that, we aren't fans of pre-packaged hummus. The hummus here was absolutely delicious! Creamy and flavorful! And, the warm pita that accompanied it was fluffy and warm. Again, delicious! We ordered the Fattoush wings for an appetizer. The char was perfect and flavorful. We ordered the lambchop meal and the seafood mix meal. Both looked delicious. The presentation was lovely. Now for the reason of the 3 stars... while we were enjoying our appetizers a cockroach crawled up the wall and along the window frame! We immediately grabbed our belongings and moved to a table in the center of the room, away from the walls. When we told the server why we moved, she had no reaction & just nodded her head. THIS is when we should've just left! We didn't, we stayed and waited for our meal. In retrospect, the server's reaction indicated that the appearance of a cockroach was not a rare occurrence. We attempted to eat our meal, but needless to say our appetites were ruined and after 10 minutes of eating in silence, we decided to pack up and leave. This is unfortunate! Especially since, they were recommended for the flavorful cuisine and large portions. We should've just paid them for the appetizers and left instead of feeling guilty about the meal being in the preparation process.

Worst experience ever!! Rude customer service, with attitude, they kept accepting reservations and when you arrive they’re saying theres no reservation and no space, so crowded you can’t breathe, bad smells of hookah all around and Buffet is garbage. Don’t waste your time and money on this place.

So from what I’ve seen in the comments there seems to be a new manager in charge of the restaurant which is ruining the reputation of the restaurant. I rented a section of the restaurant for my daughter’s party. The manager was disrespectful and arrogant. We asked him to put some songs and he refused because of the Palestinian conflict and as a Palestinian myself I understood. A day before the date of the party, we went to give the manager the money and there were songs playing. American songs, none related to the Palestinian conflicts. I didn’t ask because I assumed he might put the songs we requested for the party. On the day of the party, our section was quiet and there were no songs while the other section had songs. If you really wanted to respect what is happening in Palestine then I suggest you actually not put songs entirely than just to me. As a Palestinian I felt disrespected as he only showed his protest to me. When a friend of mine went earlier to the restaurant to put on some decoration. The manager approved to put some decoration but was treating my friend disrespectfully and making her uncomfortable. He did not allow her to put anything that was agreed on. The decorations ended up being horrible. I don’t understand the reason of this disrespect as we chose your restaurant to host our event.
