Twice we've ordered concrete shakes, flavor of the day, through the drive-thru. Twice we've been directed to pull up and park in the waiting line. Twice we've watched every car in front of us pull away after receiving their orders, and the people who've come after us. At least 20 minutes, possibly longer. The first time we got lost in their system and the second time their ice cream machine froze up and quit working. Both unfortunate circumstances. Third time we were there because of our favorite flavor of the day (chocolate eclair.) Ordered our concrete shakes and we were told we couldn't have them as a concrete shake? Even though we've gotten them there many times before. So when it was the flavor of the day in Oswego, we went there and got our concrete shakes no problem.

The employees were amazing. Literally every employee there said hello, asked how everything was and even handed out free samples of the Flavor of the Day. Food was perfect too. Good job guys! You set the bar so high!

Waited over 30 minutes for two concrete mixers. Several people got their food way before us. If I hadn’t have said anything, I don’t think we would have ever gotten it. Also, it’s a Sunday night at 9pm, not a super busy time. Food was fine but it’s hard to mess up ice cream.

Cane in ordered 2 malts and a mixer took entirely wqy to long ended up going inside for the order we went threw drive threw so I see 2 of 3 items sitting on the counter and I asked where my other item was and the guy said the malt was thin and he wanted to put more ice cream in it I asked if he put more malt and choc in he didn't understand that he ruined the recipe by doing what he did and then I took my watery mixer and choc milk not a malt with me. I am not sure if I will ever be back to this location it's always a problem with something either the ice cream is watery of the food is wrong I don't know why we bother.
