Just tried to go here to buy gift cards, the sign is lit up as OPEN, and the hours on the door say the lobby is open until 7 buy the doors are locked and an employee is mopping ignoring my knocking. (Time is currently 5:22 pm)

This place is absolutely TERRIBLE. the guy with the the long curly hair is rude and lazy. He is so lazy in making coffee. I asked for a coffee with cream and it had no cream just iced coffee I would think it's not to hard to make considering it's for a paying customer

First off, I think the staff is very friendly. And the coffee's great. But their donuts? TERRIBLE. I used to stop several times a week, but in a one-week period, the donuts were stale EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. (Stupid me, I kept thinking it was a fluke....nope!) I am disgusted. They should contact the Dunkin' north of town to learn how to operate. Dunkin', please, stop trying to save a buck...THROW AWAY THE OLD FOOD! Otherwise, you'll lose money in the end when people like me stop coming. I will now be getting up earlier so I can get my breakfast at the Dunkin' north of town.

The staff is rude and demanding and doesn't pay attention while you're ordering. I ordered a vanilla coolata w/ a shot of espresso and recieved a frozen coffee that tastes like shit with vanilla mixed in and all the coffee settled at the bottom. Ordered two croissants, both were burnt and the wake up wrap was over cooked to straight crunchiness. Make the drive to Starbucks & spend the extra money, this location sucks
First of all, the staff was completely rude. I came in a couple minutes later than I originally ordered and the drinks we’re starting to water down, so I kindly asked if they could possibly remake them and started blaming me for coming in late. but that shouldn’t matter because they should start the order once your there and they just left it out blaming me for coming in late. Although that’s not all, they made the orders completely wrong. They forgot the bacon bits on the toast and forgot a donut when I PAYED for 6. They need to read the orders correctly because it seems like that’s the biggest problem in this place.

WILLIAM!!!! Best coffee I've ever had from here ever all of my friends have said he's made their coffees the best as well and I never got to experience it till today. He was nice over the speaker when I told him I had a mobile order he seemed more upbeat than what the other workers have sounded like before and I was greeted by him w a nice big smile. I got an iced coffee with caramel and oatmilk and he put his heart and SOUL into that coffee. My day has never been better thanks to William!!!!!

I'm not good with names but Kaylie or Kacey was amazing. She was friendly, happy, smiling and very nice. The food was freshly made, hot and delish. I had everything bagel and a iced latte with the works. It was donut day so she gave me a delish blueberry donut for free. The young lady who served my food was honestly an amazing employee. Thank you for such amazing service you actually made my day.
