I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hacienda Real with a large party of 21 guests on Saturday, March 23, and I must commend Ashley N for providing us with the most outstanding service we've ever experienced while dining out.Ashley's dedication to ensuring our dining experience was exceptional deserves high praise.From the moment we arrived, Ashley greeted us warmly and efficiently organized seating for our group. Throughout the entire meal, she displayed a remarkable level of professionalism and attentiveness, effortlessly catering to the needs of each guest. Despite the size of our party, Ashley remained composed and attentive, ensuring that everyone's orders were taken accurately and delivered promptly.What truly set Ashley apart was her genuine hospitality and friendly demeanor. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and valued as customers. Her ability to anticipate our needs and provide personalized recommendations truly enhanced our dining experience.In addition to her exceptional service, Ashley exhibited impressive multitasking skills, seamlessly managing the demands of a busy restaurant while still providing individualized attention to our group.Her efficiency and grace under pressure were truly commendable.Overall, Ashley N's exemplary service at Hacienda Real on March 23 surpassed all expectations. Food is good. The service was very good. But they pack you in like sardines. You are seated so close to other tables there is no privacy. And a little pricey.Came back on a Tuesday when it wasn't crowded. Love the tamales. So much better when it's not

Ashley was an amazing waitress! Did amazing serving me and my family! Would check on us often asking if we were good and even offered us desert which tasted amazing. Would recommend everyone to come here and eat food is amazing! Thank you again ashley!!! :)Kid-friendliness: My little sister enjoyed her fries and chicken tenders with her cup of apple juice! Even got ice cream in the end.
